Cemher MICROFLEX Microcement System

What is it?

Cemher MICROFLEX is a two-component microcement system (cement + resin).
Its main feature is high flexibility, thanks to the “Mineral + Flex” technology, making it ideal for surfaces where movement or cracking may occur.

Key Features

• High flexibility: approx. 65% elongation at break

• Water-repellent: very low water absorption, even under pressure

• Available grain sizes: Fine, Medium, Base

  • Fine → smooth finish

  • Medium → medium traffic areas

  • Base → rougher grain for heavy-duty or exterior surfaces

• Standards: EN 13813 compliant, fire reaction A1, VOC A+

• Suitable for applying directly over existing tiles

Where it can be used

• Floors, walls, ceilings (indoor and outdoor)

• Bathrooms, kitchens, countertops, furniture

• Terraces, balconies

• Surfaces prone to structural movement (wooden or metal substructures)

Application Notes

• Substrate must be solid, clean, dust-free

• Example mixing ratio: 10 kg Microflex powder + 5 L Resinflex

• Typical system: primer → 2 layers of Microflex Base → 2 layers of Fine/Medium/Base finish

• Must be sealed afterwards (Hidroprimer + water- or solvent-based varnish)

• Application temperature: 10–30 °C
